Your Global Leadership Team Coordinator fosters membership retention and extension through networking with club membership chairs to encourage member satisfaction, new member goals and action plans and the development of new clubs.

Clubs: Are you serving the needs of residents outside your community? Have you considered sponsoring a Lions Club or even a Branch Club in that area? If so, contact Lion Jim as quickly as possible. Your District Action Team would be happy to help.
Membership Chairs: Athens Lions Club has a wonderful Power Point Presentation they have shared with your district to help each club build strong Lions. Modification to fit the needs of your club are simple. Copies are available upon request.
Your District Governor has a new challenge: 80 new District Mighty 1M Lions! “Worldwide Induction Day is held annually in April as part of LCI Membership Growth Month. Through the Power of We, I challenge clubs to bring your prospective new members to the District 1M Forum on Saturday, April 28th in Mattoon, IL for a special induction ceremony.” So, use the Membership Growth booklet and information you received with your District Calendars. Didn’t get a booklet? Contact your District Governor, and she’ll send on right out to you.
