The Lions Charitable Foundation is a non-profit Corporation organized December 10, 2000 under the Annotated Code of the State of Maryland for educational and charitable purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. More specifically, to receive and administer funds for educational and charitable purposes for the public welfare and for no other purpose.
