There are 10 district governors in Illinois. These ten governors are called the Council of Governors. Every new council chooses the color of attire they will wear when they convene, hold cabinet meetings, visit their respective clubs, etc.
It is customary for each cabinet member to purchase a polo shirt of the appropriate color with the applicable Lions emblem and wording. The cost is at your expense.
