Marketing Office Hours📣 The MD4 Marketing Committee will host office hours the last weekend of every month starting September 2025: • Last Saturdays of the Month: 9:00 AM – Noon • Last Sundays of the Month: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Extra sessions may be added if demand is high.) Who Should Attend These are drop-in sessions (registration required) designed for: • Club & District Marketing Chairs • Cabinet Members • Service Chairs • Others working directly with MD4 Marketing ⚠️ General Lions are discouraged from attending. What to Expect Conversations will focus on marketing, with flexibility to cover related topics such as technology and training. • Breakout rooms will be available for 1-to-1 or small group meetings. • At least one marketing team member will remain in the main room at all times. • Special breakout sessions such as Masterclasses or Posting Parties may be scheduled with guest coordinators. 📌 Sessions will not be recorded. An AI assistant may be used with participant consent.
