I need to receive your FIRST place essay only  by November 23,2016. Final judging should be completed by early January, and the top three (3) winners will be invited to join us at the annual convention in February to receive their awards.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you!  I will check my e-mail daily. You may also call my home phone and leave a message. I will find the info if I don't know it..

I encourage you to get this information out to your schools as soon as possible. Teachers need time to plan it into their schedules. October is often dedicated to Drug Free Month in many schools.

Your efforts in making this year's contest a success will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for all you do to support this project along with all other Lion's Projects. Thank you for supporting our children and teachers! Maybe this can make a difference in a child's life.

A sample letter to teachers is included in the packet. You will need to re-type and send to your teachers with your information.
