Please join us for Multiple District 5 convention in Aberdeen, S.D. This will be two great days of learning about Lions, service, the South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and other aspects of life in Aberdeen.
The conference kicks off with an optional social Thursday evening with trivia and games as people arrive. Friday and Saturday are full of great programs and break-out sessions.
Join us Friday evening for a picnic out at Storybook Land* or find a favorite restaurant out in the community.
The whole event is capped off with a banquet to celebrate the Lions of MD5, but not the tigers or bears (oh my!).
Registration is $175 and includes two breakfasts, two lunches and one supper. The Storybook Land picnic is an additional $25, spots are limited!
Hotel accommodations can be made by calling the Best Western Aberdeen Hotel & Events Center at 605-229-4040. Standard rooms are available for $139.99 per night for those attending the convention if booked by April 27, 2026. For additional lodging, head to VisitAberdeenSD.com/stay.
*Storybook Land picnic tickets capped at 60. Picnic will take place inside the Storybook Land Visitor Center. Picnic tickets include a Jimmy John's boxed meal and a ticket to ride any ride at Storybook Land. Food orders will be taken via email closer to the event.
