Special Olympics Los Angeles (SOLA) Lions Club invites golfers and community supporters to Swing for a Cause at its annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Special Olympics athletes in Southeast Los Angeles County. Since 2009, SOLA Lions Club has proudly supported athletes with intellectual disabilities by funding training, competitions, and year-round athletic programs including swimming, bowling, softball, basketball, bocce ball, and golf. Tournament proceeds help fund competition venues, sports equipment and uniforms, referees and umpires, and awards and celebrations—ensuring athletes have the resources they need to thrive on and off the field.
