2025-2026 Lions District 38-N Assistance Fund Raffle
To All District 38-N Lions:
We would like to thank all the clubs who contributed prizes for 38-N assistance fund raffle this year. Please bring the donations to Fall Rally. We have a great list of prizes as you will see on the raffle tickets. Now we need to sell the assistance fund raffle tickets so we can increase the funds to help with your special assistance needs. Currently, District 38-N can provide up to $250 of matching funds for individual assistance requests. It is suggested that you not only sell tickets to your members and friends but also sell them to others outside your club. This provides an opportunity to share the important services we do as Lions with other people and a good way to recruit new members. Each club will initially receive at least 50 raffle tickets at $1.00 a ticket.
If you run short of raffle tickets, please let Lin Hughes know and she will send you more. If you sell a packet of 10 to one person, please make sure that ALL 10 stubs are filled out. Leave stubs stapled together or re-staple them back together in the original numbered packets of 10 to make recording easier. The participant receives the right side of the ticket. All unsold tickets, all ticket stubs and money should be returned to Lin Hughes or a committee member listed below by October 18, 2025. Please do not send cash through the mail and make all checks payable to LIONs District 38-N Assistance Fund.
The raffle will be held at Fall Rally and prizes will be drawn randomly. All tickets will be destroyed after winners are contacted. Winners do not have to be present to win. If we can help or answer any questions, please send a text or email. Thanks for your help with this important fundraiser!
